I'm a security and emergency preparedness executive with progressive leadership experience across community hospitals, academic medical centers, multi-hospital systems, and behavioral health networks.

My work centers on rapidly assessing risk, stabilizing underperforming programs, and executing analytically grounded improvements in governance, technology, training, and workforce capability.

• Completed an enterprise Security Risk Assessment identifying priority vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.

• Authored and implemented the Security Management Plan and a multi-year Security Strategic Plan aligned to organizational risk.

• Oversaw the Taser conducted-energy weapon program — policy governance, training standards, certification tracking, and use-of-force oversight.

• Executed capital requisition and deployment of P25 EMS and Security radio systems.

• Implemented weapon detection at all public points of entry.

• Stabilized staffing through targeted recruitment, retention, and schedule optimization.

• Created the Manager of Security Communications & Technology role; coached and mentored leaders.
